		<description>The Stock Artists Alliance, of which I&#039;m a member, contacted Adobe yesterday about the TOS language. Adobe said it wasn&#039;t their intention and they are changing the wording.

Impossible thing to do? Aviary has been in beta for awhile, and its a PS clone/killer
