The focus appears to be ways for these athletes to spend all the ridiculous amounts of money they are making. It is the brainchild of Former Met/Phillie Lenny Dykstra and published by Doubledown media. Time's Mary Anne Golon is listed as Consulting DOP and DOP is Lila Garnett. Cover story is of Derek Jeter and was shot by Sam Jones (who also shot an inside Fashion spread).
