Read the fine print.

Not only will they will charge you a 18% interest rate but now you get to have your copyright violated by others with a big Visa / Capitol One logo plastered on it so Capitol One can say non mia culpa when someone files suit against them.

The Avedon pic in APE's image above is a good illustration of this. I'm sure Dick is doing somersaults in his grave.

Based on personal and anecdotal experience, CapOne is even more evil than other card companies I've dealt with.

Caveat emptor.

This went from a fun exercise to a credit card nightmare. I have a small business card and even though the link to the CO website now says "Now Accepting Small Business Customers" I could get a card because I have a small business account.

I spent over an hour with various customer service agents - after wading through the initial phone tree - and after much arm twisting I may have an answer in 3-4 days.

What bad marketing and customer service by Capitol One!

This is fun! I happen to have a Capital One card already because of the no/low transaction fee on international transactions. It is hard to find an image that will work though with all of logos, type and numbers on the card. It is similar to shooting for a cover where you have to design the shot to leave room for type.

Yeah, and when you send a photo editor/buyer a credit card it always makes a nice impression. Cash bribes are a little less traceable and no interest!
