A site created to bitch about Adobe products called Dear Adobe, is actually read and discussed by people who work at Adobe (reported at John Nack on Adobe). The Adobe VP Dave Story asked the site creator to make a top 25 list of complaints (here).

To be honest aside from their international pricing policies, I’ve been really happy with Adobe’s “listening” skills, especially the Lightroom dev. team. Much better than some of the software companies I had to deal with when I worked in IT believe me…
