James Natchtwey is one of the worlds great photojournalists and is proof that photography is still a powerful medium. Kudos to you Jim ! a group of truly amazing images that move the soul.
Wonderfully noble, artistically magnificent and expertly executed…shame it had to take place during this time in our world economic history… with everyone fearful to look up while gathering THEIR stuff around themselves in epic, global self-preservation mode.
I had the pleasure of meeting James Natchwey in Pittsburgh not too long ago and I was humbled by his presence and the experiences he spoke about…his work behind the lens has always been an inspiration.
Thanks for posting this, I had not seen these images before nor was I aware of the seriousness of the XDR TB problem worldwide.
