		<description>I had the pleasure of meeting James Natchwey in Pittsburgh not too long ago and I was humbled by his presence and the experiences he spoke about...his work behind the lens has always been an inspiration.

Thanks for posting this, I had not seen these images before nor was I aware of the seriousness of the XDR TB problem worldwide.</description>
