A little late to the party, I know. I shoulda been here long ago, and was, but I guess I didn't yet have my opinion formed.

Well, now I do. I'm over the new RollingStone format. I know, I know. "It's old news." Well, it still sucks. Less content, less newsstand pop, less RollingStone. I loved the oversized format of the old mag. It takes me back to Sunday nights in bed as a teen, flipping through the behemoth of a magazine, trying to get my bedside lamp to fully illuminate it's pages. It's pictures were big and grand and grabbed you by the collar and shook you the fuck up. I could rip out Jennifer Anniston, or ?uest Love and tack 'em on my wall-- it was as though I'd just gotten a new poster for seemingly free. And now, what? A comic book proportioned, toned down, stuff it in my back pocket because now it fits, mag. Eff that.

The economy has brought a lot of stuff down, but I thought it would keep it's hands off my beloved RollingStone.

Magazines are often found in demos. The start of magazines will either send earnest up or down. Bon Appetit covers is one of the most popular automatic Forex trading softwares today.

One vote for a Jeff Riedel interview. The campaign work already on his site looks great.

Hey Rob, Thanks for the recap on Photo Week. It was nice to get to speak with you at the PDN Self Promo party at Splashlight the first night (I know you met many people so I'm the photographer who spoke with you about a new blog on emerging photographers that I've started). I'd love to interview you for my blog when you've had a chance to unfry from last week. Drop me a line at my email.
Thanks!
