Magnum killed it. I have no idea why. I can only guess that there was a copyright violation of some sort.

I've been trying to see this but the link leds to an "access denied" page. And there's no link to it in Magnum in Motion, as well. Searchers fail also.
Does anybody knows something about this?

This Crime and Punishment piece is very strong. I love how the audio is disconnected from the images; they can stand alone, but are stronger when merged together.

Maybe Alec Soth (and Joerg) are having a positive impact on Magnum? This new piece feels modern and contemporary, compared to other Magnum pieces that feel dated.

Personally, I feel Magnum's future is in television. For the web, I can't see any revenue stream.

Powerful work, technically. Ideologically, hate the mixed messages it sends.

I'm glad you like this Magnum in Motion, but I think the masterpiece is this recent offering by Gilles Peress:

I'm disappointed that the essay hasn't generated more talk. For me this represents the future of Magnum.

I am with you on this one. Today's post was particularly powerful. Most of them are worth watching, but this one was actually hard to watch it is so intense.

I've been watching the Magnum Blog for a long time and this is definitely one of the most powerful ones I have seen. Their fullscreen option works amazingly too!
