holy cow.
The way it’s written it seems like an almost (unbelievable) philanthropic act.
It’s just another loan.
My question would be: What is Carlos Slims connection to the New York Times? You just don’t give someone that much money without strings attached.
i guess kathy ryan still found the money to hire a british photographer, fly him in and shoot the worst portraits . how patriotic.
