    Makes sense. . . sounds like Seth is saying that the mark of a good art buyer/director is how well they can judge when to hand hold and when to let go and give the talent the ability to surprise.

    The mark of good talent is delivering the safe goods *and* providing a little creative push to supply some surprise too.
